In most markets, yes. MLS rules generally require a clear “Virtually Staged” disclosure on any altered listing photo, and California AB 723 (effective January 1, 2026) makes that disclosure a legal requirement for virtually staged real estate images. StageRight can burn a compliant “Virtually Staged” watermark into your photos at export. This is general information, not legal advice — always check your local MLS and state rules.
Every generation returns 2 variants, so you usually have a strong option right away. If neither fits, you can re-stage each photo once for free in a different style.
We sell fixed credit packs — Starter, Pro, and Agency — so you can pick the size that matches your volume. Credits never expire, so anything you don't use stays in your account.
