StageRight is operated by [LEGAL_ENTITY_NAME] (“we,” “us”), located at [ENTITY_ADDRESS]. This policy explains what we collect, why, and who else processes your data when you use StageRight.

• Email address — used for passwordless magic-link sign-in and to send transactional email.
• Uploaded room photos — the empty-room images you upload for staging.
• Staged outputs — the AI-generated variants we produce from your uploads.
• Job and usage data — room type, chosen style, job status, credit balance and history, and basic analytics about how the service is used.
• Payment information — handled entirely by Paddle. StageRight does not collect or store your card details. We receive only confirmation of a purchase and the credits to grant.

• To provide the service — store your uploads and deliver outputs.
• To generate images. Your uploaded photo is sent to our third-party AI provider (Google Gemini) to produce your staged results.
• To send transactional email (magic links, results-ready notices).
• To account for credits, process purchases, and prevent abuse.
• To operate, secure, and improve the service.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your room photos to advertise to you.

We rely on a small set of service providers to run StageRight. Each processes data only to provide its function:

• Supabase — authentication, database, and file storage (your account, jobs, uploaded photos, and outputs are hosted here).
• Google Gemini API — AI image generation. Your uploaded room photo is transmitted to Gemini to create your staged variants.
• Paddle — payment processing as Merchant of Record. Paddle handles your payment details and billing.
• Email provider — delivery of transactional email (magic-link sign-in and notifications).

These providers process data under their own privacy terms. We share only what each needs to perform its role.

Images generated through Google Gemini carry SynthID, an invisible provenance watermark embedded by the AI provider. It is designed to mark the image as AI-generated and is not added or controlled by StageRight. It does not contain your personal information.

Your jobs, uploaded photos, and staged outputs are stored until you delete them. You can delete your work from within the app; deletion removes the associated stored files. If you would like your account and remaining data removed, contact us at [CONTACT_EMAIL]. Some records required for accounting or legal purposes (for example, proof of a purchase) may be retained as required.

You can request access to, or deletion of, the personal data we hold about you. The most direct route is the in-app delete for your jobs and images; for account-level requests, email [CONTACT_EMAIL]. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law.

StageRight uses cookies and similar storage strictly to keep you signed in (authentication and session tokens) and to operate the service. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

StageRight is a professional tool intended for real estate agents and home sellers. It is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

StageRight is operated from Turkey and serves users including those in the United States. If you use the service, your data may be processed in, and transferred between, the countries where we and our processors operate. By using the service you understand that your data may be handled outside your home country.
